Cancelation and Refund Policy

All our products are handcrafted by the Artist Bharati Thakur, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Despite these variables, at BharatiThakur Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

BharatiThakur Designs believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  •       Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been Painted/Crafted or they have initiated the process of shipping them.                                                                                         

  • BharatiThakur Designs  accepts exchange/ Return or Refund of item(s) within 3 days of delivery, with the following exclusions (not exchangeable /non-returnable products):

  1. Products Purchased Under 'Sale/Offer'

  2. Prepacked Gifts

  3. Customized Products

  •       In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to the Artist. The request will, however, be entertained once the Artist has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.                                                                      

  •       In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Artist within 3 days of receiving the product. The Artist after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.                                                                                    

  •       In case of any Refunds approved by BharatiThakur Designs, it’ll take up to 7 working days for the refund to be initiated to the end customer. It may take 3-5 additional working days to reflect in the customer's account / card / original mode of payment.

  • You can call us on +91 8368917804 or e-mail us at bharatithakurdesigns@gmail.com within 3days from the date of delivery to book an exchange/ return/ refund request.

  • Exchange/ Return of item(s) (as mentioned above) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:

  1. The item(s)  is returned in a saleable condition with barcode and MRP Tags intact.                                                                                                                            

  2. BharatiThakur Designs  reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) has post-purchase damage.                                                                                       

  3. A video or photographs of a damaged product will be needed for a product to be eligible for return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Shipping Address Provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.                                                                                                                                                                        

  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.                                      

  • Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.                                                                             

  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
